1. Tell us about yourself: Where do you work and what subjects do you teach? What experience do you have in project or curriculum development and research?

2. Tell us about your project ideas: What kind of collaborative project would you like to develop? Why do you think collaborative work is important in this kind of project? How might you use computer networking in this project?

3. Tell us about your project work: Are you working alone or with other teachers at your school? What, if anything, have you already done? What still needs to be done? What practical problems relating to your project do you already face or anticipate in the future?

4. Tell us about the collaborative aspect of your project: Do you have a collaborative partner from another country? If so, explain. If not: what kind of partner would you like to interest in your project?

5. Tell us anything else you think is relevant to the design and implementation of your collaborative project:

What browser do you use (Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer, etc..)? What email program do you use? What speed is your modem, or do you have a permanent connection to the Internet?
