Position: I am a teacher of computer science at the Affiliated High School of Peking University, director of the computer teaching and research group. I have been engaged in the universal computer education and CAI research for 15 years. The subjects I have taught include mathematics, computer basic principal, software application, programming, Internet, Computer Olympics and CAI.

I am the author of the books "High School Students Learning Computer" and "A Course in Internet for High School Students". I am also the chief-editor of a series of books on High School computer teaching. My students have won international and national prizes, including a 1990 IOI (International Olympics in Informatics) gold medal and several NOI (Chinese Computer Olympics) first prizes.

I have participated in several international exchange projects on the Internet. In 1997 I joined the 2B1 group directed by the media laboratory of MIT, which studies the affect of Internet in the field of education for children.

Proposed Project: The Affiliated High School of Peking University is a key high school in Peking. For a long time past, we upholds the principle that "Education should be geared to the society, the world and the future." We would like to exchange experience with foreign schools on every subject of the high school education, including mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science, biology, Chinese, history, arts, English, etc., so that our work can improve constantly.
