Position:	I work as the manager of the Environmental Education Department of the Ministry of Education and for many years have been trying to insert Environmental Education as part of the Costa Rican Curriculum. Currently the projects developed in this Department are extracurricular activities, although the objectives of Environmental Education are included.

Proposed Project:	A project in which partnership and technology can be used successfully in the investigation of a determined issue. We have installed internet in 35 high schools so that students and teachers from different parts of the world can share their experiences.
