| Position: | I teach Computers for Grade 1 to Grade 7. My experience came largely from the fact that there was no curriculum to follow in my subject and I was forced to develop my own. As we use the integrative approach in our Computer lessons we are looking for Science, Geography and Creative Writing that we can take part in the projects. |

| Proposed Project: |
I would like to see projects where smaller children - age 6 to 8 can participate. 1. As their writing skills are not fully developed this could take the form of questionnaires with information that would be interesting for the age group. (e.g. To children in Egypt: Do you still have a Pharaoh? Who was the last one?). This could be done with maps and links to the countries taking part in the project. 2. Animal projects are also popular and easy for the smaller child to relate to. Two classes can investigate an animal in their country and so teach each other about it. |
