Proposed Project:	I would like to explore attitudes and values of different communities involved with the GLOBE programme. We have many resource-poor communities who are not online at this stage. One of the contexts which I would like to use to bring them online in a meaningful way is to make use of e-mail (Web access is often prohibitively expensive for these communities) to conduct pre-planned, structured dialogue between these communities and other GLOBE communities worldwide.
