I teach the following courses: Methods of teaching secondary school science; Methods of teaching elementary science; Secondary Science Curriculum; Applications of Technology in Science and Mathematics Education; Science in a Historical Perspective (especially the relationship between culture and science).

Proposed Project: I would like to work on developing a collaborative virtual learning environment dedicated to science education. For example, what types of science learning would be most suitable to this type of environment. The collaborative virtual learning environment could be compared with traditional teaching methods, and possibly with immersive Virtual reality and even augmented reality.

Existing projects:
1.The Student Genome Project. We are developing web-based materials to enable secondary school students to learn the principles of molecular genetics.
2.Projects which involve the development of collaborative virtual learning environments.
3.Creation of curriculum materials related to science in different cultures.
